Learn a simple way to make a tender, flaky dough that will work for any filling, both sweet and savory.
To honor the season, we’ll be making a Blistered Cherry Tomato, Zucchini, Corn and Goat Cheese Galette, Peach and Blackberry with Almond Cream, and to welcome fall, Apple with Rum-Soaked Raisins and Cinnamon Streusel. You’ll learn how to assemble both full-sized and mini versions and we’ll discuss other delicious options.
We will then sit down and dine under the shade of our glorious fig tree and the sounds of chimes in the breeze, to enjoy a sumptuous spread of all our creations. Beverages and a garden-inspired salad will accompany our meal.
