Master focaccia and sourdough, at the same time!
Understanding sourdough and learning how to form a loaf of bread can feel daunting. Too much new all at the same time!
Focaccia is not fussy. No trying to round with sticky dough. Just plop the dough in the pan!
And the flavor possibilities are endless! Both sweet and savory. Pizza focaccia anyone? How about Apple Fritter Focaccia? Yum!
We will cover all the basics of making sourdough and maintaining your starter. Recipes we will bek making include Apple Fritter Focaccia- just in time for fall!- Lemon Blueberry, and yes, a Pizza Focaccia!
Everyone will go home with their own focaccia dough to bake at home.
You will also receive some sourdough starter so no starting from scratch! .
