A wedge of love . . .rhubarb is lightly roasted, then folded into a rye and whole wheat dough that is scented with orange zest, candied and ground ginger. It is then baked till golden.  

The marmalade is a special treat - made with Cara Cara oranges. This fruit is a marvelous shade of pinkish orange and offers a rich citrus flavor accented with notes of strawberry, cherry, and rose.
