With a complex flavor profile reminiscent of Britain’s Branston pickle, this chutney-like sauce will be a delightful addition to any cheese or charcuterie board of the season. In a very limited edition, this sauce was simmered long and slow from a variety of PFK apples and chiles, onions, garlic, fresh ginger, allspice, brown sugar, and vinegar.  It features a nice balance of sweet, savory and tangy with deep umami notes.
