A rustic mash is seasoned with toasty garlic, lemon and olive oil before being layered with my take on Mojo Verde- chopped cilantro and parsley, toasted cumin and coriander, young green onions, oregano, sherry vinegar and Rangpur lime to add that sour orange note reminiscent of Cuban mojo. I’m really excited to make this one!
