This recipe was given to me by my Danish friend Jesper, a fabulous baker.

Shredded org carrots are folded into a mixture of organic pumpernickel and dark rye flours, org cracked rye berries, sunflower, org sesame and flax seeds, then slowly fermented overnight resulting in an earthy flavorful bread with an incredibly moist texture.
