Brandied raisins and toasted walnuts are folded into a rich batter laced with aromatic spices, then gently baked in a water bath.  While still warm, it is doused with a heavenly brandy glaze which seeps in enhancing the flavors even more. Serve warm with lightly sweetened whipped cream.
