Rolled oats, sunflower seeds, almonds, black and white sesame seeds, coconut, orange zest and warm spices are baked till toasty.  Egg whites make it extra crunchy and a bit of our own honey sweetens it nicely. Dried persimmons and raisins are packed separately to keep granola crunchy.
