Our classic garbanzo bean hummus taken up a notch.  Sliced Meyer lemons, preserved with salt, sugar, shallots and garlic, finely chopped and mixed in.  Finished with diced lemon and Zhough, a fiesty sauce of cilantro, our Hungarian peppers and olive oil.
