A true labor of love. Our vines have been freely growing for many years now giving us many bunches of small flavorful grapes. But the low maintenance stops there. We don’t stomp for juice but instead use a commercial juicer. And to get the best flavor, we remove them from the clusters so the stems don’t effect the flavor. The juice is truly something special but incredibly labor intensive. Luckily my mother has volunteered to help with the de-stemming process!
