Toasted sesame seeds and partly freshly milled whole wheat make for a hardy, full-flavored loaf.

Naturally fermented overnight resulting in a fuller flavor and a moist, chewy texture that will last for days.

Store at room temperature wrapped in a linen towel or a cloth bag for best results.  Freezes really well, too!
