The parsley has become a perennial in our garden, becoming more prolific every year.   Roughly chopped with our own abundant arugula, capers, shallots, anchovies, sherry vinegar and olive oil. Slathered over roast chicken, steak, on eggs, a sandwich, a piece of focaccia- all delicious ways to enjoy it.
